The key changes proposed for the Derbyshire are:

• Our contact centre will move to Dunfermline (Scotland) within 2 years
• Some administration and support functions will move to Dunfermline with others to Nationwide sites in Swindon and Northampton within 2 years
• From 30th June 2010, new mortgages will be provided through Nationwide
• Closure of 12 branches on 1st October 2010
